Welcome to my whirlwind!
In 2007 my company transferred me from New York to Brussels, Belgium. In just two weeks I packed up all of my stuff, rented out my lovely Brooklyn brownstone and headed over to the land of Pierre Marcolini and Blue Moon. Within the first three days I chose an apartment, and for a year I explored the city when I wasn’t acting as a Project Manager coordinating events! Now I’ve moved on to London, where I’ve been drinking a lot of tea, sampling crumpets and telling my colleagues that I “just caahhhhhn’t” manage to make the transition from zucchinis, eggplants and pants to courgettes, aubergines and trousers.
Beyond my crazy European adventures I’m a photographer, writer, and runner from a tiny New England town. An Honorary Texan after four years at Rice University, I can hold my own when Texas Two Stepping (only two steps so probably not that impressive), and my other guilty indulgences include hoarding frequent flyer miles and dreaming about future adventures, triathlons, painting, spinning, laughing at my own jokes, hanging out with Kelly Anne (my little protege), cracking open a bottle of wine and cooking gourmet meals with friends, testing NY bakeries to find the best cupcake, finding amusement in the little things of my unbelievable life, being in beautiful nature settings, lingering, keeping my amazing friends on their toes, and growing in my faith.
Oh, and one more thing: you can call me Kerry.
